A different view of your notes.

Start with a note you already have. Give it a layout that fits.

Install Custom Views

In Obsidian, open Settings → Community plugins and search for Custom Views. Install and enable the plugin.

Open in Obsidian

Choose a starting point

Browse the starter collection. Each view includes its HTML, CSS, and example data. You can download them without signing in.

Add the template

Download a view’s JSON source. In Custom Views settings, create a view and copy its template and CSS into the corresponding boxes. Select rules that match the notes you want to display.

Make it yours

Open the view editor to adjust the layout with a live preview. Your note stays a Markdown file. A view changes how you see it.
